UK trade body unveils directory of advisers
The UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF) has launched a database allowing investors to search for advisers and wealth managers who have signed its code of conduct.
Launched during Good Money Week, UKSIF said the database was aimed at retail audiences who regularly access its website looking for advisers who can help them manage their money sustainably.
The Find an Adviser/Wealth Manager online directory allows users to search by region and provides contact details for financial advisers and wealth managers across the UK.
The new code of conduct means that they are committed to meeting the financial planning needs of clients as well as possible, but also to continuously improving their knowledge with a particular focus on sustainable, responsible and ethical investment and on ESG issues. wider.
James Alexander, UKSIF’s Chief Executive, said: “As part of UKSIF’s Good Money Week, we are pleased to announce the launch of our Find an Adviser feature, an online directory focusing on sustainability listing financial advisor and wealth manager members who have made a commitment to providing effective advice to clients on sustainability issues.
