Public Notice – Little Haiti Revitalization Trust

The members of the board of directors of the Little Haiti Revitalization Trust (Trust), a limited agency and an instrument of the City of Miami, will meet on Wednesday January 5, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Proscenium Theater of the Little Haiti Cultural Center, 212 NE 59 Terrace.
The meeting will include individual presentations from Sabal Palm Village and the city attorney’s office, as well as discussions on other Trust-related cases. Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and submit public comments. The audio of the meeting will be recorded.
Established pursuant to Miami City Ordinance No. 13834, the Trust is charged with promoting economic development, business and commerce in the Little Haiti region and preparing and executing a plan to create jobs, attract l industry and facilitate the production of goods and services. for residents and non-residents of the region. The Trust is also responsible for facilitating the development of affordable housing in the region.
